Admissions to GLA University Online are conducted completely online in two academic cycles per year: January/February and July/August.
Step-by-Step Application Process
DEB ID Generation
Visit the official UGC-DEB portal (deb.ugc.ac.in) and generate your mandatory unique Student DEB ID using your ABC / DigiLocker credentials.
Registration
Create an applicant account on the GLA University Online admission portal and select your target program.
Application Form Submission
Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, employment history, and upload self-attested documents.
Document Verification
Academic counselors verify certificates, marksheets, and identity proof.
Fee Payment
Pay the registration and semester fee online using Net Banking, UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
Enrollment & LMS Access
Receive LMS login credentials, student ID card, and academic calendar upon admission confirmation.
Mandatory Documents Checklist
- Class 10th Marksheet & Passing Certificate (Date of Birth proof)
- Class 12th Marksheet & Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree Marksheets (All Semesters/Years) & Degree Certificate (for PG programs)
- Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID)
- Recent Passport-size Color Photograph
- UGC-DEB Student ID Certificate
- Work Experience Certificate (if applicable)
Refund Policy
GLA University strictly follows UGC refund norms. 100% refund (less processing fee) is granted if withdrawal is requested prior to the prescribed admission closure date.
