Step-by-Step Procedure

Generate UGC-DEB ID
Obtain your unique DEB ID on deb.ugc.ac.in.

Online Application
Submit your profile on the JGU Online admission portal.

Statement of Purpose (SOP) & Resume
Submit an updated CV and SOP outlining career aspirations.

Document Submission
Upload scanned copies of marksheets, degree certificates, and identity proof.

Interview / Evaluation
Review by the academic admissions committee.

Offer Letter & Fee Payment
Complete payment online and receive executive LMS onboarding.

- Class 10th & 12th Marksheets & Certificates
- Bachelor’s Degree Marksheets (Consolidated) & Degree Certificate
- Government Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar / Passport)
- Updated Resume & Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- UGC-DEB ID Verification Slip
